NAHBS bike begins…

I’m 3 days into the build and so far, so good. This photographer’s touring rig will be my most ambitious design yet, so I’m taking extra time to work the new ideas seamlessly into the build process, though admittedly some bridges I can’t burn  until I get to them.  The plan is to make a bike that is photographer friendly and itself photogenic without limiting the overall usefulness of the bike as, well, an everyday bike.  Introducing  fully integrated lights in addition to the integrated racks, I’m going for all hours driver with plenty of luggage capacity for camping gear, plus easy access to camera equipment  for setup on the fly.  The perfect ride for those unexpected Kodak moments on the quest for camp. Some pics from the drawing table…
